Our Board

At a Board meeting held on the morning of Wednesday the 19th of February 2020 Director Brian Counihan tendered his resignation as Chairman of Pub Charity Limited and Independent Director Rod Lingard was subsequently elected into the role.
Brian Counihan will remain as a Director of PCL along with Bill McLean, Carter Hayes, Simon Norrie and of course Rod Lingard.
Pub Charity Limited would like to thank Brian Counihan for his last 2 years as Chairman and congratulates Rod Lingard on his appointment.
