Rod Lingard, Chairman
Rod was appointed Chairman of Pub Charity Limited in March 2020. As Director New Zealand for Right Management, a global management consulting firm specialising in people development and management strategies, and a Chartered member of the Institute of Directors Rod, is well-placed to lead the Board of Pub Charity Limited. Rod is a a Trustee of Workbase (National Centre for Workforce Literacy & Language) and Chairman of an olive oil processing company. Rod's close links to political and business networks provide helpful insights into government policies that support Pub Charity Limited's community activities.
Brian has enjoyed a successful 30 year management career path in the hospitality industry commencing as an apprentice chef in Canterbury. Brian is a former Chairman of Pub Charity Limited with extensive governance experience in the gaming industry and is currently Chairman of the Pub Charity Limited Net Proceeds Committee.
Bill is the former President of Hospitality New Zealand and with an extensive involvement in the hospitality industry, both in New Zealand and overseas. He currently operates a Tavern in the central North Island. Bill has served on the board of Pub Charity Inc. and Pub Charity Limited for over 20 years.
Simon joined the Board of Pub Charity Limited in early 2018. He is an experienced company Director who has a background in finance and Foreign Exchange both in New Zealand and internationally. Simon owns and operates a manufacturing business in Wellington.
Carter has worked in the hospitality industry for over 35 years and has owned and operated his own Tavern. Carter is an experienced company Director with interests outside of gaming in farming and the trucking industry.
