Dear Grant Applicants,

Due to recent changes within the portal, there has been an increase in support emails.

As part of the update within the portal, one of your organisation’s staff member/s will be allocated as the system “owner” and will provide provision to sub-users.

We are working with our developers to make this a seamless process; however, we note that some system users are having difficulty accessing the portal.

As we are trying to resolve and make this a seamless transition, please allow extra time for a response.
