Deadlines

All applications for grants funding raised in Pub Charity Limited member hotels and taverns must be received by 5:00 pm on the grants cut-off date. If your application isn’t received on time, it will be considered in the following month’s application round.

No funding round in December 2026

The Net Proceeds Committee meets in the second half of each month (except December) to consider the month's applications – you should expect to hear from us by the first week of the following month.

You will not be able to spend any money until you have been officially notified of the outcome of your grant application - please plan accordingly!
